Beginners Combo

This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of Tai Chi, Meditation & Qi Gong Yoga as a means to improve Physical & Mental health. Learn how to reduce stress and anxiety, stretch and strengthen the body & mind  and achieve a greater sense of well-being. No experience needed. Wear loose clothing & bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated. If you have a yoga mat please bring it with you.
