Skills For Community Growth

What do you enjoy doing? Want to share that with others? Do you, or a group of you, want to do something to benefit your local community? This workshop aims to bring people and ideas together, and through group discussion give you the practical knowledge and tools of how to set up your own non-profit small community based group or event in your local area. Together, explore concepts such as communal idea development, collaboration, research, partnership working, resource management, fundraising, and more. Also, learn about how you can partner with the Humber Recovery College and the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust’s Volunteering Services to make your idea even more of a reality.
