Living with Dementia

Wendy Mitchell (who lives with dementia and is author of the Sunday Times bestseller ‘Somebody I Used To Know’) and the Trusts Research & Development Team explore ways people with dementia can live well, be better supported and how they and those who support them (families, friends, volunteers and healthcare staff) can help contribute to improvements in healthcare, treatment and support. Discussion around good ideas for living well with dementia day-to-day is encouraged and ways you can get involved and share your experiences will be also be introduced in this informal workshop.
