Build Your Self Esteem

In this two week course, identify the potential causes of low self-esteem and examine ways of challenging negative thoughts in a supportive, positive and solution-focused setting, learning to apply methods that may help build self-esteem in day-to-day life. This is not a ’quick fix’ course but you will have spent some time challenging your thoughts and reflecting on your qualities which can help you work towards a more positive outlook on yourself.
