Meditation

Understand how meditation can help to relax you and explore the most commonly practiced type, Zazen, with meditation techniques unique to Zen Buddhism.  Learn about balancing vibration frequencies, partake in short breathing exercises and Asian gong/sound meditations and develop a routine that works for you. Bring a cushion (or a folded blanket) and a drink, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. This group is back-to-back with T’ai Chi for maximum effect (enrol separately).
