Tai Chi

Be guided through a series of simple, gentle flowing movements rooted in traditional Chinese martial arts with the aim of experiencing deep relaxation and a feeling of inner peace and wellbeing. Increase your suppleness, balance, flexibility and posture through gentle, controlled stretching. No experience needed. Please wear  loose-fitting clothes and flat soled shoes. And bring a drink! This group is back-to-back with Meditation for maximum effect (enrol separately.
