Promoting Good Mental Wellbeing

Tree of Life

This informal, creative and practical workshop uses a visual tree analogy to explore our individual sense of personal identity. This relaxing activity asks us to reflect on things such as where we come from, what is important to us as individuals, what makes us fantastic and where we hope to go. Students are invited to make lists before creating a meaningful and personal ‘tree’ using a variety of art materials and resources to then take away at the end of the session.
