We were recently successful in getting funding to put together a short 2 minute animation video with information about what taking part in research involves - to play across our GP practices and mental health units as an aid to introduce and talk about research.
Animated videos that we’ve found online tend to be based in clinical settings (involving people in white coats) which is an image of research we want to get away from, since we feel this is both intimidating and does not represent the variety of research we do at Humber!
We’re looking to gather input from service users, caregivers and staff to help give feedback and share ideas. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never had any experience of research before, in fact that’s even better!

We’re holding an online workshop between 11am - 12pm on Monday 23 November 2020 to talk about the animation with people. If you’re interested in taking part, get in touch with Emma Anderson by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or ringing/texting 07970314826
