Walking and taking part in group activities has been shown to be beneficial for mental and physical health, with the warmer weather fast approaching this is an ideal opportunity to get out, partake in a social activity and get some exercise.

Wellbeing Walks

Linking with other groups in the area we have devised some easy to access walks designed to promote your mental and physical health and give you an opportunity to meet like minded people. The groups will all be led by a fully trained Recovery and Wellbeing Practitioner and offer an opportunity to chat and walk in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
