Tai Chi is a series of gentle flowing movements rooted in traditional Chinese martial arts. Be guided through simple exercises with the aim of experiencing deep relaxation and a feeling of inner peace and wellbeing. Increase your suppleness, balance and flexibility and improve your posture through gentle, controlled stretching. No experience needed.
