Patient and Carer Experience Training Programme course: How to get Involved in Trust Activities

This course introduces you to the involvement opportunities that are taking place across Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.

Opportunities such as:

1.) Coming along to Patient and Carer Experience forums to learn from others and help shape our services.

2.) Sharing your experience through telling your story.

3.) Taking part in an interview panel to recruit staff.

4.) Helping shape the future of Health and Social Care by taking part in research.

5.) Learning about what Quality Improvement is, the Model for Improvement and how you can support the Quality Improvement journey in the Trust.

6.) Becoming a Trust Volunteer.

7.) Signing up to our Trust Membership to become a Member and have a say on how services can be developed which can lead to opportunities to become a Governor for the Trust.
