Psychosis

This introduction to psychosis will tell you about the symptoms associated with a diagnosis of psychosis, the process of a referral, and possible causes and treatments. This course is not designed to make you a wholesale expert but touches on many key aspects of psychosis.

This course contains stories of lived experiences with psychosis. You will notice the stories are very different. If you know someone who is also experiencing psychosis, you will recognise how different their story is to these ones too. Please be aware that the diagnosis of psychosis covers a range of experiences. We hope these stories highlight that.
