Scrapbooking & Journaling for Wellbeing

Using a mix of materials — from photos and quotes to colours, textures, and written reflections — we’ll guide you in creating a scrapbook or journal that supports your mental wellbeing and helps you connect with your inner voice.
No artistic skills are needed — just a willingness to explore and express. Whether you’re new to journaling or already enjoy putting pen to paper, this session is all about creative freedom, mindful reflection, and self-care.
Materials provided. Bring along any personal photos, clippings, or mementos you’d like to include.
