Breathe in... and out... Join us for these fortnightly meditation sessions.
Through this session, you will learn the principles of practice, develop your own meditation practice, and apply principles to daily life. You will learn strategies and skills to fully work with thoughts, emotions, and sensations, while developing your capacity to enhance mind-body awareness of present-moment experience through techniques such as awareness of the breath, scanning the body, and watching sounds and thoughts. Allow yourself to settle and ground in the practice in the here and now through both guided meditations and guided visualisations.
