A multi sport session hosting the likes of table tennis, badminton, basketball and more! Everybody is welcome and does not need a base level of fitness to attend. This session is designed to be accessible for all, regardless of fitness level and skill level.
We believe everyone should have access to help and guidance whenever they need it.
That's why all our courses and sessions are 100% free and always will be.
