Boxing for Health

For the first hour, have open access to free weights and weight machines to build your strength before moving to the cardio gym for the second hour where you can use the cardio machines and even learn to box! The programme is flexible so you can do both or either hour – it’s up to you. You can also access personal trainers and get advice on how best to develop your physical fitness and towards the goals that you set for yourself. Students can join at any time (dependent on space availability) so it doesn't matter if you’ve already missed some.
