Session overview

Chronic or persistent pain is pain that lasts for longer than 12 weeks despite medication or treatment. It can be caused by various issues such as injury or an operation. Chronic pain can impact our ability to do the things we enjoy, both physically and mentally. Mental health effects of pain can include poor sleep, feeling anxious, depressed, or grumpy, which can make the pain feel worse.
