The friends and family test feedback is essential to help us monitor the effectiveness of our services and to plan for the future. The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback to our Trust by answering the simple questions.
Some people might think journaling is just for recording bits of daily life. But usually it’s more than that. Science has proven that keeping a journal is good for your mental health, as it helps you process events, vent out emotions, sharpen your mind and even drives creativity.
The Humber Recovery and Wellbeing College is proud to introduce our "Recovery club" podcast . Our podcasts are an excellent way to learn more about mental health issues and common interventions, as we discuss self-care and provide practical strategies for taking care of your well-being.
All are welcome (including healthcare professionals or those with dementia in their lives) to this workshop with Wendy Mitchell, author of Sunday Times Bestseller ‘Somebody I Used To Know’, who also lives with dementia, alongside a member of the Trust’s Research Team.
