The three minute breathing space is a brief practice and can be used when we find our thoughts or mood spiralling inn a negative direction. The first thing we do with this practice because we want to come into the present moment quickly is to take a very definite posture.
The Humber Recovery and Wellbeing College is proud to introduce our "Recovery club" podcast . Our podcasts are an excellent way to learn more about mental health issues and common interventions, as we discuss self-care and provide practical strategies for taking care of your well-being.
